Spanning a 30 year career, I've had the opportunity to explore the USA as well as visit 3 Countries sharing my vast knowledge of the Hair & Beauty industry.
This has led to educating hairstylist about cutting, styling & coloring with some of the top professional beauty brands in the world.
My ability to relate with different aspects of the industry has allowed me to be flexible and gain insight that expands to my clients behind the chair. Seeking out further education for myself and Hair Tactics staff so we can continue to express our unique craft will be focused on to improve our talent.
Working with mass market, one owner and multi-unit salons has allowed me to encompass real world corporations with proven small business strategies. I continue to maintain relationships within the industry who posses big and small business ideas and goals. This allows me to provide my clients with the service and experience they deserve and cherish.

I’ve been in the beauty industry my whole life! Lashing is my passion and I have multiple certifications in every style of lash artistry. In addition to my passion for doing lashes, I am also a lash educator. I teach my students and clients on the fundamentals and care of lash extensions. In my esthetics room I also perform Micro needling, Microdermabrasion, High Frequency, Waxing, and Brow Tinting. It is in my nature to help you achieve your highest confidence. Let’s get to know each other while you just kick back and relax, and when you leave, you’ll leave beautiful.

Hi I’m new to Portland having come from Hawaii. I have been in the industry 18 years, more than half of that involved in education with a heavy back ground from Vidal Sassoon. I have competed several times nationally and internationally in hair competitions. I am an international educator having taught in Thailand and Philippines, I have worked with Models on photo shoots and t.v. I have also taught in beauty schools and I’m currently a brand educator for Wella. I am easy going but honest and straight forward. I enjoy giving clients something new and bespoke for the individual. When I’m not working I enjoy watching movies and painting.

Hi, I’m Emma! I’ve been a hairstylist for 8 years and my passion lies in creating customized looks that make my clients feel their best. I specialize in balayage, highlights, lived-in color, vivid transformations, and color corrections. I also love working with thicker hair textures and bringing long heavy hair to life by adding movement through creative layering techniques.

One of my favorite parts of this job is building genuine connections with my guests. Whether you’re up for a lively conversation filled with laughs or prefer a quiet, relaxing appointment, I’m happy to make your experience exactly what you need.

I’m currently working toward completing my Wella Color Master certification, and I’m thrilled to bring even more advanced color knowledge to my clients. My goal is to craft a look that’s not only flattering but uniquely you.

I am a Licensed Esthetician with over ten years of experience, during which time I have gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of skin. Throughout my career, I have worked with Dermalogica, Eminence, Kerstin Florian, and Yon-Ka skin care lines. By using these high-quality products, I can ensure that my clients are getting the latest in products and services. Additionally, I continue my education through various skin care trainings and seminars to stay up to date with the latest in skin care developments. As a skin care therapist, I feel that educating the clients on their skin and provide exceptional customer service, are the most important aspects of my career. My goal is to make clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and give them the true spa pampering experience, while achieving results that will make them look and feel great.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog and spending time with my two beautiful granddaughters. My family and my reputation in the community are most important to me. Lastly, I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and learning about new cultures. I value my clients and always strive to build long-term professional relationships with every client.
